How to add tags to forms and clubs

Any user can tag a form or a club on the portal. But they will not have access to create, edit and delete tags in Custom Tags, except for admin users.


Tagging a Form

  • Go to Forms > Manage Forms.

  • In the Forms Manager table, find the form you want to tag.

  • Click on the form to open the Form Details page.

  • Click Edit and select Settings (top right).

  • Turn on the toggle for "Limit form to specific tag".

  • Click in the input field and select the tags you want to add to the form.

Note: If you tag a grouped form, all forms in that group will inherit the same tags. If a form within the group already has a different tag, the new group-level tag will override the existing individual tag.


Tagging a Club

  • Go to Clubs > Club Management.

  • Click on the club’s name to open its Club Details page.

  • Navigate to the Tags section in the header.

  • Click in the input field and select the tags you want to assign to the club.

  • To remove a tag, click the X icon next to the tag name.

Note: Clubs with any matching tags with any forms will be able to view and submit those tagged forms.
