What are custom tags?

Custom Tags allow unions to control access to specific forms and processes by assigning tags to them. Tags can be applied to clubs, forms, affiliations, and group processes, offering flexibility in how clubs interact with different forms.

For example, a form tagged as "Sports" can only be accessed and submitted by clubs with the "Sports" tag.

How to create, edit and delete a tag

Only users with admin access can create, edit and delete tags

To go to Custom Tags, click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the menu, and select Settings, then select Custom Tags on the right menu.

  • To edit a tag
    • Double click on the tag
    • Start typing
    • Press “Enter” on the keyboard to save your edit
  • To delete a tag
    • Click on the X icon next to the name of the tag
    • If a tag is deleted, it will be removed from all clubs and forms that have the tag assigned before.
