After the meeting has taken place, you can finalise it to lock in all details before moving on to the next meeting. Before finalising, review the following key items:

  • Meeting Minutes: Ensure all minutes have been reviewed and signed off by the designated approver.
  • Meeting Polls: If there were any motions or polls, double-check that the voting details are accurate and complete.
  • Action Items: Verify that any tasks assigned during the meeting are recorded and linked to the appropriate attendees.

How to Finalise

  1. Go to the Overview tab.
  2. Click Finalise Meeting to lock in all meeting details.

Note: Once a meeting is finalised, you will no longer be able to edit its details.
