After the meeting has taken place, you can finalise it to lock in all details before moving on to the next meeting. Before finalising, review the following key items:
- Meeting Minutes: Ensure all minutes have been reviewed and signed off by the designated approver.
- Meeting Polls: If there were any motions or polls, double-check that the voting details are accurate and complete.
- Action Items: Verify that any tasks assigned during the meeting are recorded and linked to the appropriate attendees.
How to Finalise
- Go to the Overview tab.
- Click Finalise Meeting to lock in all meeting details.
Note: Once a meeting is finalised, you will no longer be able to edit its details.
