Scanning tickets at your event

On the day of your event, skip the line by using the in-app ticket scanner!


Setting up

  1. Go to Sell > Events section and find your event.
  2. Hit the three dots on your event’s block and choose Ticket Scanners.
  3. Add names and phone numbers of your designated ticket scanners.
  4. Scanners will get a text with a link to the Rubric App.

Scanning tickets

  1. Open the app via the provided link or download it if you haven't already.
  2. Tap the camera icon to access the ticket scanner feature.
  3. Choose the event for which you want to scan tickets.
  4. Tap the Scan Ticket button located at the bottom right of your screen.
  5. The camera will activate. Hold it over the QR codes on attendees' tickets to scan.
    Optionally, you can manually select and mark tickets as scanned from there. The app will notify you if a ticket has already been scanned.
