How to view my attendees' list?
To view the attendees list for your event, go to the Events page in your Rubric's account, locate the event you're interested in, click on the 3 dots icon on the top right corner of your event, and click on View Purchases. This will give you access to a comprehensive list of attendees. Be sure to scroll all the way to the right to view their complete details.
If you're looking for a particular attendee, use the search bar to find them quickly. Additionally, you can sort the attendees' list by organizing each column in ascending or descending order.
How to edit ticket details?
To edit ticket details for an attendee, go to the attendees' list and click on the Edit button next to the ticket you want to edit. From there, you can modify various ticket details such as:
Adding or changing dietary requirements (only if you have requested dietary requirements)
Transferring the ticket to someone else by adding their name and phone number in the Transfer Ticket section
Updating an attendee’s seating preferences (only if you have tabling activated for your event)
Can I export my attendees' list?
Yes you can! Simply navigate to the attendees' list and click on the Download CSV button located at the top right of your screen. This will export your list in the same order in which you sorted it.
